The phone packs a 1.4 GHz processor and also comes with a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and 720p HD capture. The built in camera supports touch focus and image stabilization and there’s also a front facing camera on board, with support for video calls. The OS on board is the older Android 2.3 Gingerbread and there’s also DLNA support on board, according to Alltel. The phone has preinstalled Twitter and Facebook, for a better social networking experience.

Also preinstalled we find a document viewer and editor, with support for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe PDF. Other features include Bluetooth 3.0, 3 way calling, SWYPE virtual keyboard and a Dragontrail glass touchscreen with high sun legibility. The Alcatel One Touch Ultra 960C goes for $199.99 on Alltel’s No Contract plans.
