APhone A6 iPhone Clone is Based on Android (Video)
November 10th, 2009 | by ThryStan |
We’ve seen quite a bunch of iPhone clones in the past years, from the Meizu M8 to the rather lame Hiphone, but this we’re actually dealing with an interesting device, the APhone A6. You can check it out in action in the video below and you should know that it runs Android OS:
APhone A6 was tested in the prototype version, thanks to a leak on Chinese website k3bbs.com. The iPhone clone packs a 3.5 inch capacitive touchscreen display with multitouch capability, a dual core CPU, a 2 megapixel camera and Bluetooth. WiFi is also on board, together with Anrdroid 1.5.
Too bad that the software is not responsive, but at least that trackball under the display is cool.
