CES 2013: Lenovo K900 5.5 inch Phablet Announced, Features Intel Clover Trail+ CPU (Video)
Lenovo has unveiled a very interesting product at CES 2013, a 5.5 inch phablet with Intel Clover Trail+ processor, that you can check out in the video and picture below. If you remember, Lenovo was also the first to introduce an Intel-based Android handset a while ago, the K800 and now we have a follow-up.
The K900 is a monster with a 5.5 inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 and 400 ppi. Under the hood we’ve got 2 GB of RAM and an Intel Clover Trail+ CPU, all of that contained in a 6.9 mm chassis, that looks very elegant. Lenovo’s handset relies on stainless steel alloy and polycarbonate for that pretty shell, turned into a composite material that generates an unibody chassis.
At the back there’s a 13 megapixel camera with F1.8 lens, that promises some great low light shots. Lenovo also incorporated a 88 degree viewing angle front facing camera on the device. Sadly, the Lenovo K900 is intended especially for China and select countries, so it won’t reach everyone. Fingers crossed for some product imports maybe in a rebranded carrier version…
