DOOM on Google Android G1 (Video)

April 1st, 2009 | by ThryStan |

Android OS proves once again that it’s a sexy piece of software, that allows developers to play with it as they please. The latest “toy” is the good old shooter DOOM, ported to Android G1 and available for free download via Android Market.

You’ll be able to save games and setup the control system as you please. The resolution of the title is decent and this action-packed oldie is just one of the many games ready to hit Android. Developers are trying to port Quake 2 onto Android as we speak.

I want a Street Fighter title on G1… Can it be done?
