You must’ve heard about the Google Phone, supposedly coming in 2010 and no, this is not yet another Android but rather THE Google Phone, that will change the mobile market forever. Now, it turns out that Google’s employees are quite a bunch of chatters on Twitter, so they managed to leak a bunch of impressions on the handset.

A Google Program Manager wrote on his Twitter account that he was leaving work, after some party at work that involved fireworks and all the employees getting the Google Phone. We learn that the device is made by HTC, it’s unlocked and it runs Android 2.1.

Another dude from the online world, Jason Howell said that the messed with the device for real and it comes with a homescreen that uses “new visual enhancements liked animated desktop wallpaper”.
