  • Back at MWC 2013, LG had a strong presence that involved revealing a bunch of very interesting devices, including the LG Optimus L7 II. This is a midrange phone, that doesn’t actually change very much compared to its predecessor.

The Optimus L7 is selling today for just $250 or so, so it has become very cheap. The follow-up packs the same 4.3 inch display, with the same 480 x 800 pixel resolution and an IPS LCD panel. The handset is also available in a dual SIM version and it comes with Dolby Audio technology, 4 GB of storage, 768 MB of RAM and a dual core 1 GHz CPU, that helps it run Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.

We also get to see in the hands on video that you can use a Pop Up Play-style feature to move around a video window, resize it, change its transparency and use it and another feature at the same time. There’s also a quick mention of the Quick Memo feature, for fast note taking on the go. This model packs a Li-Ion 2460 mAh battery and an 8 megapixel camera at the back.
