Who’ll get the Nexus One first? Journalists? Developers? Bloggers? We’ll find out next month! Meanwhile, moving on to the specs, we discover that they’re quite hot: a 3.7 inch WVGA AMOLED screen, 512 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM, 32GB storage via microSD, a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and Flash.

Nexus One supports HSPA 900/1700/2100 connectivity, measures 119 x 59.8 x 11.5 mm (thinner than the iPhone 3GS), supports WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and comes with a 4 GB microSD card bundled in the box.
