BlackBerry Storm’s Price cut to $50, Courtesy of Verizon

Unbelievable as it may seem, BlackBerry Storm is still RIM’s only touchscreen phone, in this age of touch sensitive action. Verizon seems keep on giving the handset a proper “early retirement”, by decreasing its price to $50, probably in order to empty the stocks and get ready for Storm 2.

Late adopters rejoice: you can get the first Storm for $49.99 on a year contract, plus there’s the “buy one get one free deal”, that’s still available. If you’re still not sure whether or not the touchscreen BlackBerry is worth the buy, you can wait for Storm 2, or till 2011, when the iPhone MIGHT reach the carrier.
