RIM Buys Chalk Media Corp.
December 12th, 2008 | by Yorga |
BlackBerry’s creator, Research in Motion announced that they have started the procedures needed to acquire Chalk Media. The company developed the famous Mobile Chalkboard app and is a member of the BlackBerry ISV Alliance Program.
Usually, this brand’s products get used by corporate government organizations, so RIM will be taking business segment to a new level. All that’s needed now is the vote of the shareholders and Chalk Media will become part of RIM.
