Cellphone Voting Available in Estonia by 2011

Everyone knows how tough it gets to get past queues on election day and how frustrating it is to stay in line, specially if your favourite candidate doesn’t make it. Turns out that there’s a simpler way to cast your vote, one that will be available in Estonia by 2011: mobile phone voting.
