HTC Diamond Gets Cloned in China: K1 Cold Steel’s the Result
The shanzai clones never get old… This time the HTC Touch Diamond has been cloned and it received a cold steel finish, for tougher looks. Apparently, this design is inspired by the fictional metal Adamantium that we know from the Wolverine comics.
Dubbed K1 Cold Steel, the handset has already hit the streets in China, running Android 2.1 and having a Froyo upgrade available in the future. Its specs list includes a 3.2 inch touchscreen display and the price for the unit should be around $100.
