David Turpin’s Concept Phones, the Future of Windows Mobile Smartphones
July 22nd, 2009 | by ThryStan |
David Turpin became famous when he showed the world a couple of very innovative Windows Mobile concept phones, with sliding parts and virtual keypads. They looked like HTC material that would welcome Windows Mobile 7 on them and even Windows Vista on the most advanced UMPCs. This time, we’re dealing with concept devices designed for Velocity Mobile.
They can be checked out below and in the picture above, but my personal favorite is the one with the orange edges, packing a very cool virtual keyboard. These are the future of WM smartphones, specially now that Microsoft is moving on to a more finger-friendly approach. Too bad that there are no specs associated to these concept phones.
