  • After checking out Cyrene Quiamco’s Kard Phone, we’ve got the opportunity to look at another concept phone, the Dot, a minimalist device that combines the design of a handset and the one of a handsfree.

The creator of the concept calls the Dot Phone a hybrid between the ear device we all use and a mobile phone. The result is an innovative device that projects a virtual display on any surface it meets, ranging from a wall, to paper and even the user’s hand.

Touch sensitive control will apply to the virtual screen, leading us to believe that the Dot phone incorporates motion sensors. Dot also incorporates a camera and a bendable hook, making it easy to attach to clothes, purses and even fingers.
