Label With Green Solar Phone Uses Sheet Panels for Power
The concept phone pictured below is a solar handset, known as Label With Green, designed by Shao Wei Huang, Chung Kai Chiang, Yu Pei Kuo and Chia-Yi Cho. This device is based on ECO-Green Electronic Labels, solar panel sheets that get inserted into the back side of the phone to power various features up.
Each solar sheet fits a certain part of the concept phone, like the camera, speaker, display, solar battery or keyboard. The entire handset is based around making the user conscious about the toxic waste that fills the planet each time some people decide to upgrade to a new phone and throw away the older one.
