Polaris Robot Phone Incorporates a Cool Cradle

  • The strange device that got pictured below is not some sort of crazy electronic pet, but rather a concept robot phone, created by KDDI and Flower Robotics. Dubbed Polaris, the device is the perfect companion, monitoring the user’s activities, habits, diet and business calendar.

    The basic unit is a touchscreen phone, but the cradle of the handset is also very appealing, because of its cool design. It incorporates speakers, charges the phone and analyzes the data around it. Also, you should know that Polaris can be used as remote control for all electronics in the house.

    There’s a neat video showing the device in action below and I have the feeling that this product will become real sooner than you think.
