Cricket Launches MSGM8 Messaging-Oriented Device

If you’ve got a device dubbed “MSGM8″ (Message Mate) on your hands, you’re bound to sell a couple of units to avid texters and IM users. Cricket launched said handset, a compact bar QWERTY phone with email and IM apps on board.

The handset packs a 2.2 inch screen, a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, Mobile Web and speech recognition. MSGM8 is a low end messaging phone at its core and Cricket is asking $99.99 for it, but the offer only lasts till November 30th, so hurry up and get it.
