The Sony Xperia Z1s has appeared in a few new pictures and I have to remind you that we’re dealing with a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 powered handset. It also integrates the same 20.7 megapixel camera at the back, like the Z1. There are also some comparison shots shown below. The Sony Xperia Z1s is expected to be priced at around $590, much higher than other minis.

It’s also supposed to come in Q1 2014, probably with an appearance at CES or MWC. This is a 4.3 inch version of the Xperia Z1, that gets to even keep the Sony G Lens on the rear camera. Rumors are also saying that the name Z1s may not be kept in the commercial version of the phone. Will this be a hit? One thing is for sure, this is the most compact cameraphone of the past years…
