  • Google has just announced that it plans on offering free WiFi at airports, as a holiday gift to everyone. This service will be available starting January 15, 2010 and it’ll include 47 airports, among which there are those in Las Vegas, Boston, Orlando, Charlotte, Seattle and more.

On this occasion, the Burbank and Seattle airports will start providing free WiFi indefinitely. This will surely help people who travel on holidays stay in touch with their loved ones, or with their business as they head towards the family to spend Christmas. Plus, in case bad weather kicks in, you can always surf the web, as you wait for your plane.

The full list of airports is available here.
