HP Veer Too Tiny for 3.5mm Headphone Jack and microUSB Port, Needs Connectors to Work
Just like the netbooks that were too slim for a DVD drive and made good old laptop owners sad, the HP Veer tiny phone is too small for a 3.5mm audio jack and microUSB port. What to do? The solution is to use magnetic connectors, that will be a pain to carry around, since they’re easy to lose.
Pre Central is claiming that Veer ships with a pair of such accessories, one providing a USB port for charging and the other the needed headphone jack. If you’re a Bluetooth boy or gal, you should ignore the latter and the former can also be skipped if you’re into Touchstone wireless charging.
