HTC Corporation has just taken home the big prizes at T3’s famous Gadget Awards 2010. The tech magazine from the UK awarded HTC with the title of “Best Technology Brand of the Year”, while HTC Desire was honored with the “Phone of the Year” award. T3’s awards celebrate innovation over the past year, plus functional and stylish products.

Luke Peters, the editor of the British magazine who awarded HTC mentioned that the Taiwanese company wasn’t the winner only for its good handsets, but also for its brand personality. John Wang, chief marketing officer, HTC Corporation said that the company takes great pride in these achievements and restated the brand’s focus on customers.

HTC Desire, the famous Android follow-up to HTC Hero, a winner of 2009 awards was also picked as the Phone of the Year, thanks to its functional design, power and the prized HTC Sense experience.
