  • While doing a T3 interview, HTC’s Chief Innovative Office Horace Luke claimed that Peter Chou, HTC CEO didn’t like HTC Hero’s chin and teflon coating one bit, at first. Now, things must have changed, since the handset promises to deliver and become a hit soon.

One thing’s for sure: HTC Hero will be much slippery and fingerprint-friendly than the iPhone, thanks to its teflon coating. Also, the chin gives it personality and reminds some of the Dream G1, a handset that was quite liked by the public.

Aside from the grippy surface, we also love the HTC Sense UI, overlaid on the newest Android OS, probably the selling point of this device. HTC has struck gold once again!
