HTC Details Android 2.0 Updates for its Phones

Many users are curious regarding HTC’s attitude towards upgrades to Android 2.0 on their devices, but till now, only the HTC Hero has been confirmed to get this software, as you can see below.
What people really want to know is when handsets like Droid Eris will receive their very own 2.0 upgrade. HTC responded to this question regarding Eris, by saying that Verizon must request Eclair first and then developers will start working on it.
