  • Just a couple of days ago, AT&T launched the HTC Pure model, with a $149 price tag and with a pretty decent contract, the main appeal of this device being the fact that it was among the first Windows Mobile 6.5 handsets. Now, Amazon is offering it for free over here, obviously with a contract. Too bad that it has run out of stock for now…

HTC Pure, also dubbed AT&T Pure supports fast 3G connectivity via AT&T’s HSDPA/UMTS network and it also comes with GPS features (turn by turn directions, real time traffic updates and more). There’s also a 3.2 inch touchscreen display on board, plus a 5 megapixel camera, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, FM radio, a digital audio player and full messaging capabilities.

A microSD slot will allow you to expand the device’s memory with up to 32GB, while personal and corporate email will handle the messaging side of the phone and there’s also a 3.5mm stereo headset adapter on board, for music listeners.
