HTC Qilin, the Dopod Version of HTC Imagio Hits China
November 2nd, 2009 | by Yorga |
HTC Qilin is basically an upgraded HTC Imagio, meant for the Chinese market, since it’s sold by HTC’s local subsidiary, Dopod. Compared to Imagio, this handset comes with a new generation ARM Cortex processor, just like the one on the iPhone and Palm Pre.
The smartphone features a 3.6 inch WVGA touchscreen display, support for TD-SCDMA connectivity (Chinese 3G), 512MB ROM, 256MB RAM, Windows Mobile 6.5, WiFi, GPS and a 5 megapixel camera. CMMB mobile TV is also on board, as well as Bluetooth support, but all in all the device is not as sexy as the Imagio.
