  • After finding out last week that HTC is readying the Click, Rome, Leo and Mega phones, plus the mystery Firestone handset, here’s another bunch of phones leaked by the Taiwanese manufacturer: HTC Vigor, HTC Tattoo, HTC Interlude, HTC Imagio and HTC Dawn.

These devices were revealed thanks to a HTC Trademark application to the USPTO office, but sadly there are no details associated with them for the moment. Since HTC announced last week that they plan on reaching 30% of their phone portofolio made out of Android handset till the year end, it’s very likely that many of these new phones come with Google’s OS.

Some of them might even be the famous and long awaited cheap touchscreen Android phones, like HTC Click… More info on these as soon as we get it!

The HTC Tattoo should be reasonably priced from what I hear, at least cheaper than the HTC Hero, not sure about whether I like the smaller screen though.

Android should seems like its increasing in popularity due to the open source nature of the operating system and the large variety of cell phone manufacturers. I believe that when other manufacturers step into the PDA market they will most likely choose Android as it would be cheaper to develop a phone with an open source operating system than a closed source operating system.
