T-Mobile US Finally Announce HTC Touch Pro 2’s Official Launch Date

Although this thing was right around the corner for quite a while, the info has just popped up on the web, so we learn that T-Mobile US has finally announced HTC Touch Pro 2’s official launch date. It’ll reach the carrier’s stores starting August 12 and you can find out why getting it is a must in the following lines.

For starters, this is a powerful smartphone with an intuitive UI and support for high speed 3G and WiFi 802.11 b/g, but these are basic features, so you’ll probably be more interesting in stuff like that cool full QWERTY keyboard or the location based services. Touch Pro 2’s specs list includes a 3.6 inch WVGA touchscreen display, a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and video capture plus the built in GPS.

The handset runs Windows Mobile 6.1 and uses the beautiful TouchFLO 3D interface, plus it’s stereo Bluetooth capable and comes with the Straight Talk technology, delivering high fidelity voice and sound experience.
