Lenovo X1 Gets a Red Dot Design Award, Why?
Yes, the handset pictured below has just won a Red Dot design award and if you’re wondering why, you should go ask the jury and not us. The device looks like an Instinct that features a sliding keypad and the TouchWiz interface. Strangely enough, the UI of the phone is called “Touch Dream”, that reminds us of something HTC would use.
So, does this hybrid between Sony Ericsson, HTC and Samsung looks and brandings deserve an award? Think about it… so many handsets have been released during the last year and Lenovo takes the cake. Fair? I guess so…
