Alltel adds LG AX840 Tritan to Its Portofolio

Alltel has just announced a new messaging phone today, LG AX840 Tritan, a sideway sliding handset packing a full QWERTY keypad. Tritan incorporates a 3 megapixel camera with autofocus, zoom lens, flash and video capture, Stereo Bluetooth and GPS.

A microSD slot is also on board, plus a 3 inch touch display and the handset will be available for $100 with contract, after rebates. LG AX840 Tritan also supports 3G connectivity and the sleek handset comes with a full web browser, an easy to dial virtual keypad, voice recognition and voice activated dialing.
