LG Versa Modular Phone to Ship Without Keyboard Attachment
June 13th, 2009 | by ThryStan |
LG has started selling the Versa handset months ago and its main appeal are its many attachments (detachable modules). Although till now LG Versa shipped with a QWERTY keyboard attachment right from the box, the manufacturer decided to quit offering this bundle, so customers will have to buy the keypad module separately.
We remind you that LG Versa is a CDMA dual band phone, with support for 3G connectivity, a 1100 mAh Li-ion battery and a 3 inch TFT 240 x 480 display. There’s also a light sensor on board, handwriting recognition, a 2 megapixel camera with support for video capture, autofocus, LED flash, digital zoom, white balance and effects.
Versa incorporates 310MB of internal memory, a microSD/microSDHC card slot and it supports Stereo Bluetooth, GPS, email and voice dialing.
