LG Watch/Videophone Is Awesome for Teens and Dick Tracy

We’ve started the CES 2009 countdown already and one of the products we’ll be seeing during the show is surely the LG videophone/watch from the image below. This gadget seems designed for Dick Tracy and tweens looking for a cheap way of videoconferencing.

LG’s product sports a 1.43 inch touchscreen, a built in camera for 3G video calls and a pretty simple interface. LG Korea plans to launch the handset in their native country and Europe, so there’s no US love for this videophone, just yet.
