  • Bellperre has just made available a new luxury phone line, that includes devices made out of “the very finest authentic materials”, like hand-crafted wood (Elm, Walnut, Wenge). The new handsets are part of the Finest Woods series and they weigh 120 grams, measuring 100 x 44 x 15.3mm each.

The devices can be customized with Yellow and Rose Gold, Platinum, hand-polished Steel and other such materials. If these materials aren’t enough for you, there’s always the option of adding about 110 types of genuine exotic leathers (shark, alligator, buffalo and more), plus gemstones, logos, initials or personalized messages, on request.

Don’t expect top notch features on these models, just basic stuff, like tri-band GSM connectivity, a 2 inch Sapphire Crystal scratch-resistant display, email, stereo Bluetooth and Windows Mobile. Bellperre claims that its phones are handmade in Holland and what we’re missing most is the price of these luxury handsets, a mystery for now.
