Called the Vertu Constellation, this touchscreen model actually has decent specs to begin with. With “oro” meaning gold in Italian it’s pretty clear what this luxury phone is all about: its frame and keys are covered in 18K gold, for one. Also, the 3 front keys are made of scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and the display of the precious C7 is protected by Gorilla Glass. The other luxurious aspect of the Nokia ORO is the Bridge of Weir leather adoring its back side.

ORO is priced at $1635 and it’s offered in Russia, by retailer Svyaznoy, that maybe will sells its merchandize internationally, if you ask it nicely.

The handset’s lip and battery cover are made from a light material, while the back will be adorned with black leather. Sadly, there’s no image of the new model, but at least you can have a glance at the original one above. No info about the price, but we’re in the thousand dollars area, that’s for sure.

We supposed the specs of the previous version of the handset won’t change much, so we’re still getting that 2.46 inch display, QWERTY keyboard, optical trackpad, 8GB of storage, HSDPA, WiFi, 5MP camera and microSD slot.

The finishing is made with the aid of black rubber and you’ll notice the two vertical stripes, defining the Gulf Oil branding in blue and orange. What you see here is a capacitive touchscreens smartphone, that will get a SIM slot, chipset and battery, courtesy of Mobiado. This phone also connects to the car infotainment system and allows you to socialize and share your location, plus the fact that you drive an Aston Martin. The concept is being showcased these days at BaselWorld, a luxury expo in Switzerland.
