Anti-Texting Clip Contains Strong Graphic Material (Video)
Now this is an ad that gets you thinking… and thinking hard. Texting while driving is of course a no-no and a great issue nowadays, when connectivity and social interaction via virtual environments is a must, but is socializing more important than life itself?
At least, some people care about this problem and you might remember that California’s Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger fought hard against texting while being behind the wheel, as did the UK authorities. There’s even a nifty piece of software you can use on your phone, detecting if you’re in the car and answering your calls with a pre-recorded message that lets people know you’re driving.
Only emergencies will come through and you’ll be much safer, but we’ve yet to see a similar program for texting.
