Reliance Communication and Microsoft Offer Special Data Plan for WM Smartphones in India

  • Reliance Communication (RCom) has just announced its partnership with Microsoft, in order to offer a special service for Windows Mobile customers in India. RCom’s special plan includes 20 MB for $2 per month and Microsoft jumps in with WM solutions like push email, photo sharing and more.

    In case you didn’t know, Reliance Communication is India’s second largest carrier, with over 83 million subscribers and the aim to reach 100 million till the year end. With Windows Mobile campaigns like the one above and cool offers like the new service, I don’t see why the target wouldn’t be reached.
