Fennec Alpha 2 Hits Windows Mobile
June 29th, 2009 | by ThryStan |
Mozilla has just released the second Alpha version of its fresh mobile browser, known as Fennec for now and probably Firefox Mobile later on. Fennec Alpha 2 is available on Windows Mobile, unless you’re a Skyfire fan.
You’ll be able to download the software from Mozilla’s site and you should keep in mind that this is still a testing version, so feedback is always welcome. We found out that the new version comes with improved panning, a new theme, a built in JavaScript error console and improved add on support.
Tons of bugs have been fixed and the user interface has also been polished in Fennec Alpha 2. Anyone using a Windows Mobile 6 device will be able to test the browser, not just HTC Touch Pro users.
