BlackBerry Tour Will Hit Verizon on July 12th

The official launch date of BlackBerry Tour via Verizon will be July 12th and this is official info we’re talking about. The handset will be available for $199 both online and in stores with a 2 year contract.

Pre-orders for the phone have already started and we remind you that Tour comes with 3G support, a 3.2 megapixel camera, 256MB of internal memory, GPS, BlackBerry Maps and a 35 key backlit QWERTY keyboard.

There’s a trackball on the front side of the device, plus a 1400 mAh battery on board, that provides 5 hours of talk time and 14 days of standby.
