After announcing quite a bunch of Windows Mobile and Android devices, Acer finally launches two smartphones, DX900 and X960. The first is a Windows Mobile 6.1 dual SIM handset with support for triband HSDPA connectivity plus quadband EDGE.
Acer DX900 also packs a 2.8 inch VGA display, a 3 megapixel autofocus camera, GPS and supports WiFi connectivity....
After having a look at Acer’s MWC 2009 handsets, we found them to be very similar to the E-Ten devices of the past, but that’s not a coincidence, since Acer acquired E-Ten in 2008. Now, two of these handsets are ready for launch, in the following weeks: DX900 and X960.
