Skype 3.0, Now Available on Windows Mobile Phones

Skype 3.0 has just become available, in the Gold version on Windows Mobile phones and it can be downloaded from here. The software comes with 2 new and cool features: SMS and file transfer.

Skype 3.0 can also run on Nokia N800/N810, various other mobiles, the iPhone and PSP. The above mentioned file transfer feature allows the user to send spreadsheets, photos, music and any other files Skype-to-Skype, while the ability to text via Skype will connect you to folks abroad, avoiding the huge charges applied otherwise.

Skype 3.0 also brings free Skype-to-Skype calls, free instant messaging and support for calling phones and mobile using Skype Credit or a subscription.
