Motorola Admiral has yet to get a decent announcement from Sprint as one of the first handsets on the new Direct Connect service. However, we’ve already seen this phone leaking a bunch of time and now we’ve got some fresh pics for you.

We’re talking about a handset that’s supposedly weird to hold, as its lower part is thinner and the upper one is heavy and bulky. This sure sounds like teardrop-shaped phone to me… Also dubbed Motorola XT603, the phone runs Android 2.3, customized with the already famous Motoblur UI.

This phone will also get military specs for toughness, a 1.2GHz single core processor, a 3.1 inch VGA display and a 5 megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording. A 1,860 mAh battery rounds up the specifications list of this interesting smartphone that has yet to get an announcement.
