Best Buy Stops DROID X Preorders Because of Huge Demand

  • Motorola Droid was a hit, we all know that, but what about its follow-up? It appears that Droid X is also selling well, or too well… as the huge demand for the device has made Best Buy freeze its preorders. This Android smartphone on Verizon is running out of stock fast.

    5 days since the pre-sale debut have passed and the Droid X’s appealing 8 megapixel camera and 4.3 inch display have taken over the public. In the meantime, Verizon told its customers who preordered the Droid Incredible handset that there’s an option of swapping it with Droid X instead.
