Motorola Sholes Tablet Gets Pictured Live

Mobile Android China has managed to get hold of some live pictures portraying the Motorola Sholes Tablet, a very impressive device specs-wise. You can check out the device below and you should know that this is an Android 2.0 tablet we’re talking about.

Sholes-Tablet

Its feature list includes a 550 MHz TI OMAP 3430 processor, the same you’ll find on Motorola Droid, an 8 megapixel camera with Xenon flash and support for UMTS/HSPA connectivity. It wouldn’t surprise us to see Android 2.1 on this tablet by the time it gets officially launched, since the Eclair ROM is already getting messed with by European HTC Hero owners.

Moto Sholes Tablet also has its drawbacks, like the blue soft touch finish at the back, but the hardware is appealing enough to make us forget about this.
