There’s a special website set up here, for you all to watch the Nokia World 2011 keynote held by Stephen Elop and destined to unveil the new Nokia Windows Phone devices. Taking place in London and starting an hour from now this event has been very hyped, since it’s supposed to be a landmark in Nokia’s history.

The devices to look out for are Nokia Lumia 800, Nokia Lumia 710 and Nokia 900, all of them with Windows Phone Mango on board. Perhaps there will be a new Series 40 touch and type model or two, but we’ll leave that to Stephen Elop and co to announce. Microsoft and Nokia announced in February that the Finns will make a transition from Symbian to WP7 and that begins right now.

There’s still hope for MeeGo to evolve into a new platform, perhaps one for low end devices, as rumors has speculated. I guess we’ll have to wait and see what Elop announces today and if the famous “ship” is still sinking.
