We’ve given the bad news a way back, regarding the fact that Nokia 5800 XpressMusic will miss this year’s Christmas in some mature markets. Now, the word is out that Nokia’s touchscreen device will hit Russia first on December 5th.
Available for about $550, the 5800 XpressMusic will make the perfect Christmas gift, but only if you’re in Russia. Won’t it be really strange if Nokia also announces that long awaited touchscreen N series smartphone just a couple of days after the 5800 hits the market? That’ll spell regret for most of the early buyers…
However, this music phone is no let down, if you ask me, with its neat interface, 3.2 inch 640 x 360 pixel touchscreen and S60 platform.
