Nokia and Verizon Wireless have just launched a brand new clamshell handset, Nokia 7205 Intrigue, a mid-end device available for $129, after a $50 rebate and bundled with a 2 year contract.
Intrigue is a very simplistic and elegant phone, that is also environmentally friendly, since it features a reminder that alerts the user to unplug the charger once the battery is full. Nokia 7205 Intrigue supports EV-DO Rev. A connectivity, Bluetooth, V Cast Music with Rhapsody and VZ Navigator.
The new handset packs a 2 megapixel camera, a microSD slot (8 GB cards max), a 2.2 inch TFT internal display (240 x 320 pixels) and a 1.9 inch hidden external display (176 x 32 pixels). Its specs list also includes touch sensitive music controls and a battery that lasts 264 hours in standby mode and provides 240 minutes of chatter.
Nokia 7205 Intrigue can be purchased from here and here, plus it’ll be available in Verizon Wireless Communication Stores. Here’s a very sensual video, showing the new phone in action:
