Nokia N97 and N86 8MP Available in the UK
Two weeks after surfacing in the US and at the same time with the launch in Romania, Nokia N97 has been made available in the UK, together with Nokia’s first 8 megapixel cameraphone, N86.
Nokia N97 will be sold exclusively via the Nokia stores for about a week, but then it’ll hit most retailers and carriers in the UK, starting June 26. Among the carriers there will be Vodafone, T-Mobile, Carphone Warehouse, Orange, Phones 4U and 3.
The N97 is available unlocked right now, from Nokia for $820, while N86 8MP, in the unlocked version will set you back $656. There are also rumours regarding a so-called Nokia N97 Mini, that seems to be ready to hit Vodafone this year, but this is just a speculation right now.
