Orange Launches Doro PhoneEasy 345, Handset for the Elderly

    This easy to use cellphone comes with large and spaced out keys and there’s even a button for teleassistance calls, that’ll reach the Mondial Assistance hotline platform, 24/7, in case the user is in trouble or has health problems. The handset integrates radio features and a torch and is also compatible with hearing aids.

    Doro PhoneEasy 345 is available commercially since 17 September 2009, via Orange and its partners. The device costs 9 EURO with the initial tariff plan (from 13 EURO per month), that includes 30 minutes of communication to fixed and mobile phones in metropolitan France. Also, customers over 60 years old will get a 10% reduction from their monthly phone bill.
