I love the operating system on the Palm but I’ve had 6-7 of them since the original due to the poor quality of the product. I was starting to feel like I was the cause of Palm’s market down fall due to the amount of phones that I had gone through. I am hesitate on paying for the Evo and not liking the operating system. Sprint is letting me swap out my palm for a test run on the HTC Hero to see if I can adjust to it. I really did hope Palm would have done better, great system but poor phone.

Um why would people choose HTC Hero over the Palm Pre?

People are not just looking for a phone with the best features but also a stable and really sleek OS (webOS as I see it)

Cause HTC OS (Andoid is a maybe) are prone to hanging and crashing plus they aren't as visually nice as the webOS (considering the cards on the webOS looks way better to me)

Meanwhile a update will be coming out soon to enable video recording and Adobe Flash so you should create this review again as soon as this update comes out
