RoverPC Releases G7 Russian Smartphone, Who Needs HTC MAX 4G?

  • In spite of having the brilliant HTC MAX 4G device available on Yota in Russia, some of the folks back East might also consider buying the cheaper RoverPC G7 smartphone, which has just been released.

    Russian company RoverPC created a 3G, quadband GSM device, with support for WiFi connectivity and featuring a 624 MHz processor, 128MB RAM, a miniUSB port and microSD slot. Also on the specs list, there’s a 3 megapixel camera, GPS, an accelerometer and Windows Mobile 6.1.

    Start looking for the device in Russian stores this month for about $616.
