  • Sagem also announced another handset, aside from the Puma Phone, the Cosyphone model, meant for the elderly users. This device is a basic candybar with NFC support (near field communication), allowing the users to access the device’s features without scrolling through menus.

The really interesting thing about this phone is that it allows the user to create shortcut cards that can be customized and associated with contacts, services and more. These cards are tiny accessories that you’ll wave the Cosyphone over, in order to call a person or access a certain feature on the phone.

Sagem Cosyphone will be available via various mobile carriers, but a price and launch date have yet to be announced.
