Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Pops up in New Render, Shown From Profile This Time
These past two days have been filled with Samsung Galaxy S7 leaks, with the occasional Galaxy S7 Edge popping up as well. After seeing a dummy of the device a few hours ago, we now catch a glimpse of a render of the handset, seen from profile.
Published on Twitter by @evleaks, the picture reveals a model that’s very similar to the predecessor. We see the narrow metal frame and skinny buttons, the curved screen edges and the same setup for sensors, selfie camera and Home button. On the screen you can see the date of the handset’s debut, February 21st, just like the Galaxy S7.
Judging from the previous leak the back will also be curved in the edges area, leading me to believe the Galaxy S7 Edge will look a bit like a cylinder when seen from the profile, in another angle, not the one above. This device is expected to increase the diagonal of the S6 Edge to 5.5 inches, bump up the battery and keep the same specs as the S7: 4 GB RAM, Snapdragon 920/Exynos 8890, 12 MP BRITECELL camera.
